1. Are you a factory or a trading company?

YHOPE is a manufacturer — Guangdong Shunde Yuanhe Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., established in 2009, following a 2008 mould-maker predecessor (Dingli Mould), based in Shunde, Guangdong. Tooling and structural parts are closed in-house: the range is organised into structural families (back base, steel frame, light-blocking plate, button system) across the X9 / X20 / X8 / X30 / X39 families, which is how panel design changes can be turned around quickly.

2. What certifications do you hold?

The certificate library covers CE (EMC / LVD / RED), CB, IEC, 3C, CQC, RoHS, SASO/GCC and an ETL (FCC/UL-type) file, under an ISO 9001 quality system, plus Huawei Ark Lab certification and an official Huawei HarmonyOS brand authorisation letter. The CE files test against the relevant standards — wireless (EN 300 328, EN 301 489-1/-17, EN 62479), EMC (EN 55032 / EN 55014), safety (EN 60669, EN 62368-1) and RoHS (IEC 62321). One caution for buyers: system certification is not the same as a model certificate. Ask for the certificate number, issuing body, validity and applicable model numbers, then confirm them against a public registry.

3. What is the warranty?

5-year warranty, whole machine — the product-guide position, with replacement for damage within the warranty scope, against an industry average of 2–3 years. Confirm the scope (what "damage" covers) and the named after-sales contact at order stage. Note that a newer internal note references different figures for some non-smart ranges; the warranty term for any specific series should be confirmed on the datasheet.

4. What is the MOQ?

A numeric minimum order quantity is not published per series — it depends on the series, the colour and whether custom finishing is involved, so it is confirmed per project. One structural threshold is confirmed: volume orders from 2,000 units waive standard customisation charges and can ship under a standard OEM arrangement.

5. What are the lead times?

Published lead times: samples 10–15 days after sample confirmation, PC spray-painted parts 20 days, aluminium parts 30 days. Where custom packaging is involved, the printed-material schedule runs in parallel and starts only once the client's documentation is complete.

6. What is the sample policy?

Sampling runs 10–15 days after sample confirmation. Whether a sample is free, charged, or credited against a production order is normally fixed in the commercial terms.

7. Can you engrave our brand and do OEM/ODM?

Yes. Laser engraving works down to a 0.3mm minimum feature size in Chinese, English or icons — good enough for brand marks, room numbers and zone labels. Custom packaging printing requires the client's trademark registration certificate before it can start. On large OEM orders, the scope is the customer's model designation plus a generic manual — a property wanting its own manual later is placing a different order.

8. Can you mix ecosystems and protocols in one order?

Yes. The platform supports HarmonyOS / Mi Home / Tuya / Matter, with Apple, Google and Amazon voice control, and runs wired 485 / low-voltage 485 / Modbus RTU, KNX and multiple wireless options (Zigbee, Wi-Fi & BLE, BLE-mesh, Thread) in parallel. Confirm the primary protocol chain per project so the panel and gateway match.

9. Do the products still work when the network is down?

It depends on the scheme, and it is worth verifying rather than assuming. Bluetooth Mesh is decentralised — local scenes can be pushed down to devices and then run without the gateway — and the flagship HarmonyOS panel is positioned as local control without the network. Ask for the demo during sampling.

10. How do we get commercial terms?

Commercial terms are not published on the website or in any content; they are shared privately. Send the target market, circuit list and quantities by WhatsApp or email and a project-specific offer follows.
