YHOPE (Guangdong Shunde Yuanhe Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.) has built smart switches, sockets and hotel guest-room control systems since 2009. Hotel projects are the most complete part of our range: the in-room host, panels, sockets, thermostats and sensors are all ours, and most hotel work is a customisation job — a specific colour, a specific fascia, engraved function labels, a specific protocol backbone. This page documents real projects and the customisation capabilities behind them.

Case 1 — Yueman Crown Hotel: an exclusive X9 panel platform

Scenario. A full-property panel supply where the hotel wanted its in-room interface to match its own interior identity rather than a catalogue default.

Challenge. A standard series did not fit the property's branding; the hotel needed a custom colour, clearly readable function labels on every key, and a panel that would hold up under constant guest use.

What we did.

• Developed an exclusive X9-series panel for the project instead of shipping a stock series.
• PC baked-paint (spray) panel face in a custom black — a project-specific colour, not a standard finish.
• Independent touch-key structure with CNC high-precision processing; the key run is 86mm across, so the plate can carry up to four control gangs horizontally.
• Status-feedback halo: the ring around each key follows the load state, so the panel reads correctly in a dark room.
• Area/function names engraved on the keys, with backlit lettering — guests read the label, not just the position.
• Combination plates assembled per room function, for example:
• triple unit — three-gang switch + two-pole socket + two-pole socket with USB + C;
• dual unit — card-insert power supply + rotary-knob dimming thermostat.
• Interface: RS485 low-voltage wired, 86-type plastic-steel frame.

Result. The property received a bespoke panel platform with engraved, backlit labels and room-function combination plates, on a wired RS485 backbone — the same engineering route we repeat for hotel groups that want a house panel rather than a catalogue part.

Case 2 — Vienna Hotel, presidential suite: a suite-wide control package

Scenario. A presidential-suite fit-out where lighting, HVAC, curtains, sockets and sensors had to work as one guest experience — with all products compatible with the Tuya SaaS system.

Challenge. A suite carries far more device types than a standard room, and the hotel wanted one consistent panel language (X39 modular glass) plus hotel-grade comfort logic: induction lighting, thermostats in every zone, and sockets where guests actually need them.

Result.

• One panel family (X39 modular glass) across the whole suite, so the guest interface stays consistent from entry hall to bedroom.
• Presence-based lighting via human-induction radar in the entry, bathroom and cloakroom, and a night-induction radar at the bedside — light follows the guest instead of the guest hunting for a switch.
• Zoned thermostats (touch in living room and bedroom, knob in the bathroom) so each area holds its own setpoint.
• Every device in the suite sits on one Tuya SaaS platform for batch configuration, remote management and room-status handling.

• Huawei HarmonyOS official brand authorisation — held on file. Huawei Ark Lab certification and HarmonyOS deep-cooperation partner status.
• 2025 HarmonyOS Summit — YHOPE exhibited and, on the strength of our in-house panel platform around the X39 range, has continued to build on the HarmonyOS connected-device ecosystem.
• Hotel-group panel standards: we regularly engineer panels against a chain's own panel and typography standard, so a supplied panel passes the group's design review instead of being re-tooled on site.

Q1: Which hotel projects can you show as references?

A: Publishable references include 丽枫 (Lavande), 西岸, 西岸 Deluxe, 锦江都成, 维也纳 (Vienna), 舒与, 心自闲, 凯里亚德 (Kyriad), 万怡 (Courtyard) and 喜来登 (Sheraton), among others, with 10,000+ projects delivered nationwide. Q2: Can you build panels to our hotel group's own panel and typography standard?

A: Yes. We engineer panels against a chain's panel and typography standard so the supplied part passes the group's design review, rather than being re-tooled on site. We hold panel and control-logic standards from a number of chains.

Q3: Can you engrave panels, match a colour, and supply in our packaging?

A: Yes. Laser engraving goes down to 0.3 mm minimum for room numbers, zone labels and logos; we offer project-specific spray colours and glass / metal / acrylic fascia; and OEM packaging printing is available (a trademark registration certificate is required for packaging artwork). Lead times: samples 10–15 days after confirmation, PC spray-painted parts 20 days, aluminium parts 30 days.
