Three things OEM/ODM buyers need to settle first

1. Appearance and branding

The faceplate is where your brand is seen. We offer laser engraving down to 0.3mm minimum for brand marks, function labels and room numbering, across PC and AG glass faceplates. Faceplate colour options include grey / gold / white / black depending on series. The back housing, steel frame, light-isolation plate and button system are engineered as separate structural parts, so appearance and mechanical performance can be specified independently.

2. Packaging and documentation

Custom packaging and manuals are part of the customization. One prerequisite is non-negotiable: custom printed packaging requires the client's trademark registration certificate, and it must be provided before scheduling — otherwise it blocks the lead time outright. Volume orders of 2,000 units or more are handled as standard OEM: the customer's model number plus a generic manual, which keeps delivery straightforward.

3. Platform and protocol fit

Which protocol your product speaks decides where it can be sold. We build across Zigbee, WiFi & BLE, BLE-mesh, optional Thread, KNX, wired 485 and low-voltage 485, with ecosystem support for HarmonyOS, Mi Home, Tuya, Matter, Apple, Google and Amazon voice. How the OEM / ODM process runs

• Step 1 — Brief. Send target market, protocol, panel style, functions, gang count and expected volume. We map these to an existing series or flag it as an ODM development.
• Step 2 — Samples. Appearance and function samples are produced and approved. Published sampling lead time is 10–15 days from sample confirmation.
• Step 3 — Sign-off. Finalise engraving, colour, backlight, packaging and documentation. Custom packaging printing requires the trademark registration certificate at this stage.
• Step 4 — Production. PC spray-painted parts 20 days, aluminium parts 30 days. Volume of 2,000 units or more runs as standard OEM (customer model number + generic manual).
